How get Qlik Sense Desktop .exe

Can you please tell me how to get qlik sentence desktop .exe? Just registered yesterday, I do not understand the interface a bit. Thank you in advance!

You can find the download here in our Download page.
For the latest version I selected under Qlik Sense tab, the options:

• Product = Qlik Sense Desktop
• Release = April 2020

Remembering that Qlik Sense Desktop will no longer be free in a couple of months.
