How many values can you search at once using Smart Search?

I love Smart Search. Best thing since slice bread. However, there seems to be a limitation as to how many values I can search at once. I think the limit is 7. Is there a way to overcome this limitation. There are instances where I need to identify a long list of items and it would be amazing if I could just insert all of them into the search field and select all of them once they show up in the suggestions.


Btw I'm using Qlik Sense Cloud and Desktop.

Hi Victor,

The limit corresponds to the capacity of the machine on which the engine is running and the complexity of the app you are searching in. What are you trying to achieve, is it a list of values you want to select in a given field? Is this list static or is it changing each time you need to search?
