I am new to QlikSense and I am trying to figure out why should i use it. I have seen the videos where it explains how to create charts, do calculations etc which is simple. However, if I have to do any set analysis or some complicated expression how can i do that?
Sense is geared towards more "self-service" vs. custom and "guided applications" - though there are similarities between both QlikView and Sense. Fernando Tonial - pointed you to a very good article that articulates the differences.

Expect the expression language and script language to be 99% intact in Qlik Sense. This includes SET ANALYSIS. Expect to be able to copy/paste any existing load scripts (which define data models) from qlikview to qlik sense (with the exception of updating data connections whose syntax has changed in sense).
The UI objects are all new and have mostly a subset of qlikview object properties (not as many properties) but there are some usability changes (animation, selection mechanisms) that are only in sense and only possible with the modern programming language that sense was built in.
on the server, the architecture has seen some dramatic improvements as development can now be 100% web based . There is a very sophisticated rules engine to provision access to data sources, models, apps, row/column, sheets etc... all kinds of governance models possible. Also global clusters with sophisticated 'sync rules' to local nodes.
a major difference to the development environment is that the display adjusts to the screen size. In Qlikview everythign was a fixed layout unless you used small device version.
