Your next step will be to create an access rule to allocate the login access passes. In the QMC --> licenses and tokens there is a Login Access Rules section (click on the tab to the right of the screen). There you can add a rule to determine who (such as members of a group) will have access to the allocated token(s). There's a great video on creating rules available in the Qlik Sense resources on this site.
