How to Change Value Label color in line chart

Hi,

I want to change Value label color as the line color means, 2017 line color is blue and I want value label color is blue which shown black in the chart and the same as 2018 is red and I want to show red color as value label in the line chart.

I do not think its possible unless you use an extension
