How can I create data-model or can Join them . Lets say I have also a common field. But how to manage two different connection.

Not sure if I understand your question.

You can do it both in Data Manager or Data Load Editor. You connect to SQL, choose the tables and bring them. Then, you connect to Salesforce, choose the tables and bring them.
