How to add custom header to access Qlik enterprise

Hello Experts,

We have deployed Qlik sense in the customer environment and the customer now wants to add a header through which they can log i.e. in instead of localhost/hub or localhost/QMC they want  customheader/hub or customheader/qmc

Can you please provide steps on how to add a custom header to Qlik Sense?
