If you do not have the users loaded from UDC, then the easiest way is to make them navigate to your Qlik Sense Hub's URL and you will be able to see them in Users part of QMC.
I am new to Qlik Sense. Not able to understand how to add new users. Even new users are also on a same Active directory.
If you would like to have call I can share my screen show you what is exactly happening. Because I am getting a feeling that I am not able to give proper information too.
The issue was with User synch setting checkbox: Once I unchecked this and synched then all users loaded.
This was just because of the lack of my knowledge. I was not aware of this.
If User synch setting check box is selected then only existing users will get loaded to Qlik users list Else all users will get load whoever is present in the respective Active Directory.
