It's working for me  :

Type='SIGN-UP' or Type='OPEN'

not

Type='SIGN-UP' or 'OPEN'

if(Type='SIGN-UP' or Type='OPEN' ,num(sum(Sum),'##0,00'), num((sum(Sum)/sum(total Sum))*100,'##0,00%'))
