Hello Li - I assume you mean for Qlik Sense?

If so - the responsive nature of the smart chart object automatically will take care of this. You can drag the chart background or zoom in and out for example if you are using a scatter plot. A bar and line chart will have a preview window on the bottom that will allow you to scroll left and right or up and down.
