How to get Active/Inactive user access detail in QlikSense

Hi Team,

I have to prepare report for Qlik Sense  access with details of Name, User Directory, User id, Role, Professional Access Allocation, Analyzer Access Allocation column in the report. 

I am using Qlik Sense February 2020 13.62.6 version

Please help to know the step to get these detail in excel format.

Hello @CoolSam 

If you open the user tab in QMC and open the user who has become inactive, you should see a field their to modify the users status. If this does not work, I would suggest you to first investigate why the user was made In-active by Sense. You should be able to do this by skimming through the log files.

Check this location:
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace - Look if there is any entry in hte log files here if it has anything.

Is the License monitor showing you any information?

In QMC all the users are Active only.  I have to prepare detail report of the user those are access Qlik Sense HUB and QMC. Report need to be with users details like : Name, User Directory, User id, Role, Professional Access Allocation, Analyzer Access Allocation column .

Please guide me how to extract  the user list with these details in excel.
