How to get KML data for polygon map of India

can any one suggest me where can i find the KML file for it

look here Download | Global Administrative Areas

You need to select the country and download the file in KMZ format. KMZ format - file KML in the archive. Unarchive KMZ can be any archiver (ZIP, RAR etc).

On Download | Global Administrative Areas there are KML files of different levels of detail

This KML file does not have state names.  Can i get India KML file with State Names?
