How to hide published app in Work stream

Hello All,

In Qliksense, if i am publishing any app first tym, it is shown with an icon at top right corner. Also, to continue working on same app i have to make duplicate of it. So, as a whole in Work i have 2 apps with same name(one published and another unpublished.) I dont want to see published app in Work stream. How can i hide this?

I think June version doesn't have published apps in work stream anymore.

May be this:

The duplicated app can now be edited and published. Use the option Replace existing app to replace a published app.

check this link:

The June version no longer leaves the app icon in the work area after it has been published.  Just upgraded and tested this.

If you are still on the April version then you would want to go into the QMC and change the owner of published apps to your service account.  Then you will no longer see them in your Work area.

Hey Mark,

I am the app owner for the published and unpublished apps by default. So, the published app is being shown with an icon by default.

It is a good practice to have all published apps under the ownership of Service account, that is how you can not mix the published apps with unpublished apps.

Thanks,
