How to highlight selected state on a map with Qlik sense?

I created a US state map with Qlik sense desktop 3.0.

Is it possible to highlight selected state (such as with bold border) and still show excluded states with color legend (not the gray color)?

Any suggestion is appreciated!

We finally get a walk around to color expression and set different color opacity.
