I want to highlight the color if the quarter data exceeds.
Below is the table format
Year Data
2020 >0 & <=1
2020 >1 & <=2
2020 >2 & <=3
2020 >3 & <=4
2020 >4 &<=5
2020 >6 &<=7
2020 >7 &<=8
2020 >9 &<=10
2020 >11 & <=12
2020 >12
I want to highlight the data if exceeds as per the quarter
if quarter 1 I want to show the below values remaining all should highlight the color

2020 >1 & <=2
2020 >2 & <=3
if quarter 2 I want to show the below values remaining all should highlight the color

2020 >0 & <=1
2020 >1 & <=2
2020 >2 & <=3
2020 >3 & <=4

and so on with other quarter
Please help me on this how to do this
