If you are using Qlik sense desktop. You can drag and drop the file in an app and while dropping it will ask you to choose the sheet and you can do it three times for the three sheets if you don't want to use looping.. Then you can insert the script and load the data once you are finished with all the three tabs... Hope this helps..
