How to make Qlik Sense table display all rows

I'm trying to display selling information for each customer, with each customer hundreds of rows. But straight table is not displaying everything for a customer, unless I click on that customer.

I think that is because my data scale is too large. Is there a way to display everything without clicking on one customer?

I don't have set analysis and I loaded everything in since after clicking on one customer, 300 rows are showing. I think It's just a qlik sense displaying limitation problem. Maybe you never exceed that limitation, but in my case, there are thousands of customers, hundreds of items for each..

As I said I am not aware of any row limitation unless it is created in the app or load script.  I can't find anything anywhere that mentions a limit.

Does the number of rows displayed changed when you pick a different customer?

What if you create a new table that maybe just has the customer number or name and nothing else?  How many rows display then?

It's showing correct information whatever customer I pick.

If I only have customer column, all customers are showing.

Then I would start adding some other columns and see what happens until you can figure out why rows are disappearing.

Here's what I found.

It's not causing error since its theoretical limitation. It's not displaying everything since its practical limitation.

Hi Wanyun

Earlier you wrote that "If I only have customer column, all customers are showing"; Are you still getting all customers' rows by adding just the Item column? nothing else just the item column.

No I'm not.

I only have customer and item columns in my table. With only customer column, everything displays. With both columns, no.

Hi Wanyun,

The next step is to create a fresh Qlik Sense Application loading the Customer and Items data (the one giving you grief at the moment), adding the straight table with the customer and item columns.

Would it be possible for you to post the QVF without data?

Hi

Limit the number of records by displaying Top N records

So that the straight table will display the values even if no customer is seleccted

Hi Arnaldo,

Thanks for the inspiration. I removed the function in Item column, and added another column just for function then everything displays. This might be a trick, but I think the user will take it.
