How to make a dynamic grouped bar chart? Please help

My data is like this every week i run the script it will add scores for A,B,C as a new set. i.e when i run this week it add "Set" as 5 for each of A,B,C and their scores. Now what i need is a bar chart showing height as score and only taking last 3 weeks i.e when i run this week since it will be set 5 it should take set's 5,4,3 and give grouped bar charts by name.

Hello thanks for the reply. Can you also explain how i can get the change in the last two sets i.e between 4 and 3 keeping in mind that next week it will be 5 and 4 and will keep changing?

The graph will ajust to the three OR two latest Sets with the expressions below. If you add another set 5, the graph will adjust.
