How to pull a list of Dimensions and Measure in a App

HI Qlik Experts,

we have one where we have around 100 Dimensions and 50 Measures. Is there any way to get the list of Dimensions and Measures from the Qlik Sense App.

Can you share data or sample application? Your data must be in some tables. You can export data to excel.
