How to show Totals as Number for a percentage measure

Hello experts,

I need your help:

My data is like:

"Country Name" as Dimension[countryName] and "Percentage of Member" as M-measure[=num(count(memberId)/count(total memberId), '#,##%')].

I want to show member percentages for top5 countries but I want to show member count in totals row. But when i select "Totals Function" as "Count" qlik sense calculates the totals but with "%" sign.

How can i get rid off that "%" sign only in the totals row. Please see attachments.

Thank you Jordy,
There is a section to manipulate "Total"'s data (as count / average / min / max etc), but having no pattern for the "total"s is a little bit awkward.
Thank you again,
Regards,
