How to stop the Column Picker and use horizontal slide instead?

I am perplexed!

I was demonstrating the "table" object and found that the object will not use the horizontal slider when more columns are presented than can be displayed.  All columns need to be displayed.

QlikView has no issue here.  There are some expected behaviors of objects and the table object in Qlik Sense has missed the mark.

If the display area cannot present all the data then sliders are shown for the User to move throughout the table.  I believe the average User expects this behavior.

There was an extension called "simple table" that did what I need.  I cannot find it any more on Qlik Branch.

Can anyone help here?

Hi Andy,

The reason why Qliksense hides columns when it exceeds the column with is because of its responsive behaviour which is very good.

If you still want to see all the columns in a table regardless of the responsive behaviour, its totally possible. You will have to go with an extension to achieve this.

Thanks,

Sangram.
