How to use function converttolocaltime

Hi all,

I have date field in my database with my local timings. I heard that qlik sense is using UTC.

I have doubt that qlik sense will load time field to utc timings or the same as local timings.

If it load to UTC how can i change that to local time using converttolocaltime function.

You only need to use the function if your data source supplies time in different timezone than your local time.

Qlik Sense does not enforce a time zone on you.

QV or QS applications don't use UTC but the respective serves do. I know this for QMC and guess, probably same would  be the case with QS server side management console as well. So, perhaps you can give a respite to your concern.

I have data in database of different time zones how can i convert it to local time ?

what about the data that i have with the local time zone. Is this data will also convert?
