When I visualized change of a field with only one item, it worked. I used a line chart to visualize the change of total budget year by year, Qlik did the job. But when I attempted to do the same thing on the field product category (with 10 categories) with the same chart, it did not seem to work as it showed the first year (when you compare, the first year should be the baseline, a benchmark to be compared against; it did not happen when I did the total budget chart as stated.)
What I typed in the Expression in Measures was:
Sum([Budget])/above(sum([Budget]))
What did I miss?
