Hub not opening - G3 Broker API Error

Hi Community

We have a clustered Qlik Sense (June 2017) environment consisting of two servers. The QMC is accessible and running without any problem. The hub is accessible and running without any issue when we open the hub directly on both servers. But The hub is not working when we try to open it outside of the Qlik Sense servers. It is not a security issue as we still open the hub in the same domain as we usually do.

When accessing the hub it is running and efter a while we get the error message: "Cannot establish a connection: Qlik Sense G3 Broker API"!

Do you have any knowledge about this issue?
