Ignore filter

Hi experts

The following formula should ignore the filter value for [Year DD]. But it is not working. Any ideas?

Sum({<[Year GR]={'$(=year(today()))'},
[Year DD]=>} [Quantity])

Where are you trying to use the formula? There could be something else in the chart that is causing an issue.
