Incorrect display of REST Connector Window

Hi Guys,

for some reason REST Connector Window is not displayed correctly in my QS Desktop. I guess it's somehow related to system version and computer where it was installed for the first time - I can see the issue all the time despite couple of upgrades in the meantime. On the other computer it's displayed correctly. I had the same thing 2-3 years ago on another computer.

The display itself is not an issue, however I can not see + buttons for query parameters.

Any idea whats the reason behind it?
