I have been reading up on using an incremental load for my Qlik Sense app. But I am still unclear on how it exactly works in my scenario.
If someone could explain, it would be great.
I have about 20 different excel files loaded into Qlik Sense.
about 12 of those are only seldom updated (Yearly or even longer)
8 of those are updated on a weekly basis by overwriting the old file with a new file. (Contain mostly the same data but with added, deleted or adapted information)
My current load time is a bit longer than 1 hour.
From my understanding I should be able to make this shorter by using an incremental load, but how would that work for me since I overwrite my 8 excel files with new files every time?
