Incremental Load in batches.

Hello,

Please could someone explain what is going wrong here and why?

This is part of an Incremental load, when I add the WHERE clause it produces the below error.

I'm trying to load the data in batches of a couple of days at a time, as I have over 11M rows and my system cant cope with a full load ( in the demo below I've done a single day to reduce the load to the minimum).
