Indirect Dimension Selection in Qlik Sense

I have one requirement from client.

Resource Mapping and Department Details.

Exp : Each Employee has One Department and 5 Sub Departments 

Parent Department = Sub Department , Sub Department = Sub Department 1 And Sub Department 1 =Sub Department 2.

Requirement : "If One Employee Selected then All Related Departments get selected".

Please Suggest

If Name Jackson is Selected then Related Dep should select - Noah,Aiden & Caden

Dept has valye A1 TO A5 , so how the anmes would be selected in the department. I am sorry i am not getting the requirement.

If Name Jackson is Selected then A3,A4 & A5 Should Select.
