Installation Error - Rollback

Hello, I keep getting to the last step in downloading Qlik Sense Desktop. Once I get to that point, I receive a message saying the installation failed - an error occured and the transaction had to roll back. I believe I have all the various system requirements. I attached a copy of the rollback log.

According to MS Window Installer Errors , the 2911 error lists

2911	Could not remove the folder [2].

Ensure that any previous version of Qlik Sense is removed or there may be an issue with the installer package, so I suggest that you download the installation .exe and try again.
