Hi All,

We are experiencing issue that Qliksense dashboards often shows error as follows after we upgrade to Qliksense Jun 2019 release.

An Error occurred- Internal Engine error

Did anyone faced similar issue?  We also notice that the issue seems to be happening mostly in Chrome browser randomly.

Hello Chandrasjr1,

This is a generic error message, you should be able to find more details on the error in the logs.

Once you've find the exact error message, try to find an article or post here :

https://support.qlik.com/

Best regards

I have about the same issue.

After upgrading from Qlik Sense April 2019, to Qlik Sense June 2019 I get "An error occurred"/"Concention to the Qlik Sense engine failed for unspecified reasons. Refresh your browser or contact your system administrator."

I've logged a case 27/6-2019 at support.qlik.com, but there isn't found a solution for it yet.

Hi Larsrosenm ,

We receive this error after 5 min in Chrome browser when we are in internal network. But in Edge/IE this "An error occurred/Connection failed" not happening.

The other issue that we are facing "An error occurred/Internal Engine error" seems to be different issue and it occurs even when we are actively using QS.
