Internal Server Error After Logging

Hi All,

I am using Qliksense Enterprise, and we have 5 licenses, all licenses are working fine in all clients systems, but in only one system, we are facing some issue like, after logging in we are getting error like inter server error, we have checked on IE, Chrome, FF, Opera but no browser is not supporting.

can any one help in this.

browser versions are the same on all user computers?
Have you opened all the necessary ports?
Do all posts have the same security policy?

my experience tells me the quickest way to resolve such issue is to reinstall that 1 node. not repair but full uninstall and reinstall that 1 node. if you'd like to troubleshoot further instead of reinstall, you can probably drop some log files here, check the OS event logs as well.
