Internal server error, qlik sense hub isn't loading remotely

I have the following error when I try to connect to Qlik sense hub: internal server error

when I login via remote desktop to the server where qlik is installed, it works. but any connection via url doesn't work.

there were no changes made to the qlik configuration prior to this issue.

the server has been restarted in order to see if that helps, but it didn't.

The issue got resolved. Looks like an anomaly. More likely network issues.

Hello Juan,
The solution you've provided is already implemented on the Qlik
installation my company is using. Please, share other solutions.
This one didn't resolve the issue.
