IntervalMatch

When using IntervalMatch does it matter how dates are formatted ?

For example when I look at the data I have one that looks like this 07 September 2015 that I am checking to see if it exists between 2 dates that look like this 07-Sept-15.

I have tried some formatting such as Date#("Date",'DD MMMM YYYY') and it does not seem to help.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Chris

As long as the two dates are read as dates, formats don't matter for interval match to work properly. Is 07-Sept-15 read as a date?

Hi Christopher,

In my experience it is a best practice to convert the date-formats to numeric fields.

That way the intervalmatch wil work.
