Is LoginAccess token user allowed to user Mobile App?

Hi,

I am testing the Sense mobile App but I entered "You cannot access the selected server because you do not have an access pass" error message. but I do be able to login sense server via browser.

I am wondering is the Mobile app requires to have User Access token?

Yes you that user needs a User Access token, but from what you are saying it seems that user works to log in via the browser. Correct?

Have you checked this access from a computer browser instead of a Mobile App? Do you see if this user has a valid token allocated?

There aren´t differences between the license access and the client type.

Thanks for the feedback. I checked the official doc, it is the licensing issue.
