If there are bookmarks that all should see you can create them in your work version before you publish. When you publish they are then available to all users in a section called Base Bookmarks when you open the Bookmarks in the App.
Otherwise I am not aware of a way to share your personal bookmarks. I know you could do that in QlikView.
