Issue

After authentication my Qliksense shows a blank screen or a 500 internal server error. I have recently updated to Qliksense 3.0.1. I do not understand the issue here.

I am attaching my proxy logs.

Hi

Is that your Qlik repository Database is running??

1.Then please restart the Engine services

2.Reeboot the physical server

3. reinstall the Qliksense..

Please Ensure that you are logged in to the machine with an Admin equivalent ID that has local admin rights. Then please restart the services

I have tried doing all above.. Still the problem persists. When I login into the server taking a remote desktop and try using Qlik sense- it works. However when I try to open the link on my browser, it doesn't open - just a blank screen..

in desktop are you using localhost link?? if yes please use your hyper link which is ur using in your desktop??

Hi Akshay

Are you using your name server/ ip address to access qlik sense server from your desktop?

if you're using name server, please check is your name server already listed at host on your desktop and if you're using ip address, please check ip address on your server already listed on whitelist at virtual proxy.

Whitelist the Qliksense Server IP Address and Domain Name in Virtual Proxy Setting , then try
