KPI-3 colors

Hi all

 Colors in the KPIs should be based on targets (green: above or on target, red: below target, black: no target is set) 

Red and green i achieved it by using the add limit. but if the user didn't select any filter then my kpi should be in default color of black.

how to achieve the black color
