I have a data set with a column name as Gross Sale and another one with its corresponding client.
From the pivot table, using SUM([Order Amount]) as the expression and i am using the same expression SUM([Order Amount]) for the KPI too.
But the numbers are different, KPI has lower gross sale amount compared to the pivot table.
The counts for these 2 differed too, KPI is calculating using Count([Order Amount]) = 204 while pivot table gives 208 as count.
Are you suppressing null values in the pivot table? For example, if you are grouping by a dimension with some null values, they will be excluded.
HI @magicalqlik
Its looks like one of the dimension in the pivot table cause duplicate.
For testing purpose, you can remove all the dim & add one by one to find which field cause duplicate.
Hope it helps.
