LEF concern qliksense

Hi All,

I have 5 tokens , now my client has purchased 10 more tokens i can see their license key is different..

Now total Tokens should be 15, can any one pls tell me how i can append that 10 tokens without loosing existing 5 tokens.

Ideally the license number and control number should be same..

Ask your client to contact the vendor and confirm this...

Very Simple, Type in the new control number into the license tab - control number field and it will automatically be updated.

Abhay, a different key and control is a separate license.  It's not possible to add more than one license to a single Qlik Sense site.  So to answer your question, using a different key and control will not append to your existing license.  You will want the additional tokens added to the existing key and control number you have, and then you can follow the directions Sangram provided.
