Learning QlikSense faster and more efficient

Hello,

I pretty new to QlikSense and still struggle with the main help page of Qlik.

I already realize that many problem solutions can only be solved within the script of the Data Editor and NOT Data Load Manager. 

I personally find the Continous classroom is pretty jagged and confusing to learn really efficient. 

I know it might been asked before. But how do I learn most efficient and fast how to write the script in Data Editor? Its not SQL Language. So I'm really struggeling.

Someone recommend me QlikView Developer 11 but is it transferrable to QlikSense? Also I find many here recommend not to buy books because they are quickly outdated. 

Would be glad if someone can give some quidance.
