License Monitor and Operations Reload Error

Hi,

I can't reload the apps License Monitor and Operations Monitor. The end's log say:

      2016-09-29 10:52:46 0461

      2016-09-29 10:52:46 0482 *** CONNECT TO ***

      2016-09-29 10:53:16      Error: QlikView Connector is not responding.

      2016-09-29 10:53:16      QlikView Connector is not responding.

      2016-09-29 10:53:16      Execution Failed

      2016-09-29 10:53:16      Execution finished.

The logs folder is in the PathName

And path: C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs\User_server\

have all folders and logs:

Script

Printing

AppMigration

Proxy

Repository

Engine

Scheduler

Anyone have any idea?

Hi,

Finally support team resolves my problem.

My servers doesn't have Internet Access and  Basically what we did was to disable the check from all custom connectors. And also changed the authentication type in the central virtual proxy from Form to Windows

Hi,

Are you loading that in Qmc or Data load Editor ?? Please load in Qmc only.

No, it shouldn't be necessary. But please do create a case in our portal so that we can do some deeper dive into the issue.

I am also having the same issue. We are on 3.0.1 version. Archive Log and server log folder are configured correctly to share location. Do not have any customized port as well.

That's good to hear. Can you throw some light on "Disable the check from all custom connectors." Are we talking about changing configs files stored under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data
