We have recently upgraded to Qlik sense Sep2019 version and License and Operations monitors are not reloading. We are seeing the following error.

This is the only solution I have found but doesn't help. We switched to "Forms" authentication a few months ago which is when we have already set up windows authentication proxy which is what we use in all our monitor_apps_REST_* data connections.
Do I need to change any other settings in the new version to make the task reloads work?
