i have seen these issue but i can't see the answers

Hi,

It is because you may have changed the authentication to Form Based?

When you do that Qlik sense is unable to authenticate the users which are required for this apps and thus it gives error.

Solution:

You create another proxy which will use the Windows authentication and then update the connection string of the apps with virtual proxy Prefix.
