Limit access to sheet

Good morning,

i'm trying to limit access to an app.

I want all the user's that are in the @app_limit custom properties--(app, users custom propertis) -->with only one person

to see only the sheet 'Conto Economico' in app _Analisi_Economia.

If i try the rule in the audit area it seems to work but in the real app nothing changes.

Any ideas?

Hi, there might be some other rule that gives access to the sheet to all users.

Usally the thefault 'Stream' security rule gives read access to all apps and app objects if the user also has read premission in the stream, so you need to edit this rule to restrict access.

As a best practice, don't edit a default security rule, just disable it and create your own edited rule.
