I am building a dashboard for a team and would like to put a team logo into the dashboard. How do I upload a picture to be used in the dashboard?

You have media library where you can upload in properties. Check once the image of sheet or object properties

Where is the media library option located ? I can't find that labeled anywhere in the properties.

Create Text&Image object, press the plus button, you can see the media library.

or try to change the thumbnail
