Lock selections in the filter pane

I have five pages, and each and every one of them has the same filter panes. I want to apply a report-level filter, similar to the option in Power BI, so that the report presents data based on that filter by default and the user can add additional filters from the filter pane if they so choose. Is it feasible to lock choices in the filter pane so that they cannot be changed but the user may still choose the other options? To help you understand, I've provided an illustration.

these two alternatives "2002" and "Australia", for example, are permanently fixed and applied they cannot be withdrawn. However, the user can choose the other possibilities.

You can achieve this using bookmark option but you will not be able to lock selections.

1. Select required values from desired fields and create a bookmark.

2. Now, under sheet Action, select action as 'Apply Bookmark'. And select the created bookmark.

3. Now everytime the sheet is opened, selections will get automatically applied to the fields.
