Logo gets disappear from sheets - Qlik Sense

Hi All,

I am working in Qlik server version. I have been placing logo  ( image file) on my sheets. some times I copy it from other sheets also tried to have it as master visual item. But whatever I do, it gets disappear specially after publishing it, both from published version and in my workspace as well. Any idea why it happens and how to fix this problem.

When ever you moved to another server like production. You should aware or think whether you have thise images uploaded in prod also hence these inages are disable. You have to look that option. I couldn't say this is bug. I have done lot this kind of problems..

Thanks for reply. Currently I use only Qlik Sense Desktop and tried to replace it by even a default image.

But it disappears when just try to change position of image.
