Looking for added data between 2 tables

Hi there,

I have 2 files with exactly the same data structure.

In one file I have data of 2012, in the other file I have data from 2018.

The data contains names and addresses and birthdays.

I would like to know how I can see which records - meaning thus which persons - are new in the file and extract these.
