Hello Experts.
I know that there are some discussions about the subject but I have a requirement with a catch:
I need to calculate the lost revenue from lost customers. the revenue from each customer is the average revenue of the last 3 months prior to the current month.
Same goes for revenue from new customers.
An excel file is attached to explain how to calculate the lost revenue.
